Tim Graham is a Partner of Bugden Allen Graham Lawyers. He is one of Australia's pre-eminent strata lawyers. Tim is the President of the Australian College of Strata Lawyers (ACSL) and a Fellow of the College. He has been a Member of SCA for almost 20 years and a Board Member since 2017.
He has been selected in Best Lawyers© in Australia seven times. Tim has been recognised in Doyle's Guide as a Leading Property & Real Estate Lawyer and a Leading Commercial Litigation & Dispute Resolution Lawyer.
Tim has conducted over 350 seminars; he has guest lectured at RMIT, Deakin University and the University of New South Wales. He is published regularly in the Australian Property Law Bulletin and is a member of the bulletin's Editorial Panel. He authored the inaugural Owners Corporations chapter of the Lawyers’ Practice Manual and wrote the case study update for Subdivisions with the Lot.
To improve the governance of SCA Ltd, all Board Members have for disclosure of conflict of interest completed a Register of Interests. Also, to reinforce what is implicit in being a Member they have agreed to abide by SCA Ltd Board Confidentiality Policy.
