ROBERT ANDERSON

Robert Anderson has worked in the Strata Industry for over 30 years.
He joined BCS in 1994 and over time was promoted to Chief Operating Officer.
In November 2006 Robert founded Advanced Community Management-a small strata
business operating in Sydney’s eastern suburbs. After 17 years in operation, it was sold in 2023. He now works as a relief strata manager.
Robert was invited to join the SCA (NSW) Board (then ISTM) in 1999 and elected in 2000. Robert served as President from 2000 to early 2003. And then again in 2004.
Robert Anderson was awarded the SCA President’s Award in 2006 and Life Membership of SCA (NSW) in 2010 for his tremendous service to the strata industry. Robert is committed and driven to improving, and not just maintaining, professional standards within the industry.
Robert was elected to the SCA (NSW) Board in 2024. He serves as President for a third time.
To improve the governance of SCA Ltd, all Board Members have for disclosure of conflict of interest completed a Register of Interests. Also, to reinforce what is implicit in being a Member they have agreed to abide by SCA Ltd Board Confidentiality Policy.
