Strata Community Association
SA / NT

SCA (SA/NT) is the peak professional association to provide a forum for improved standards and education in the industry. The South Australia Body Corporate and Community Title Management industry which and was formed in 1984 and has recently merged with NT in 2020.


Membership includes strata managers, support staff, committee members and suppliers of products and services to the industry. SCA proudly fulfills the role of a professional institute.


SCA (SA/NT) is a chapter of the Strata Community Association, which represents practitioners throughout Australasia. The Strata Community Association has formal links with the Community Associations Institute in the USA.

SCA is delivering on its Six Steps to Ensure Confidence – our commitment to raising standards, improving practice and reinforcing confidence in the strata sector that we enacted in March 2024. Completing another two of the Six Steps, SCA announced Stephen Phillips as the new independent Chair of the body that handles complaints against SCA members and SCA's Best Practice Insurance Disclosure Guide came into force for all SCA members on 30 June 2024. SCA is also excited to announce Joshua Baldwin as it next President.
