SCA Australasia coordinated a meeting of the SCA National Council on Monday 25 March, which included representation from each state and territory SCA body. We have listened to the concerns that have been raised over the past few days from within the sector and externally. SCA Australasia, with endorsement from the SCA National Council, has resolved to take six distinct actions to deliver on its commitment to raise standards, improve practices and ensure confidence in the strata sector. SCA proudly fulfils the dual roles of a professional institute and consumer advocate. SCA has in excess of 3,300 members who help oversee, advise or manage a combined property portfolio with an estimated replacement value of over $1.2 trillion.
As a Federated Model, VIC, NSW, WA and QLD have their own Councils with constitutions, and ACT, SA/NT, NZ, and TAS have Executive Chapter Committees under the national constitution.
