SCA A100/NZ100: Introduction to Living and Working in the Strata Community

This comprehensive strata community management course provides a practical overview for new managers, an essential review for veteran managers and an advanced course for committee members.

You’ll receive a participant guide filled with sample forms and time-saving tips to support you working with homeowners, vendors, managers and other professionals.

This training is available face-to-face across Australia and New Zealand, and online.

Certificate IV Strata Community Management CPP40521

The Certificate IV Strata Community Management is an industry accredited program for professionals working in Strata Management. This course is designed for those who may want to further their career in strata management as a licensed strata manager.

You may be assessed for Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) for one or more of the modules. This means you will not need to attend training for that module. Assessment is undertaken on an individual basis and determination of RPL is based on third party evidence of your previous learning and work experience.

Delivered in conjunction with:
•    Australian College of Professionals (ACOP) (RTO ID 91513)

SCA Committee Training

SCA Committee Training focuses on good governance and how it helps strata committees achieve compliance with the strata legislation and meet expectations of the stakeholders. This training highlights when something is a legal obligation, rather than optional or suggested.

Whether you are taking up the responsibilities of a committee member for the first time or you are an experienced committee member looking for a refresher, this training is something you can do to improve your knowledge and the governance of your strata community.

This training is available online and face-to-face across Australia and New Zealand.

Continuing Professional Development (CPD)

SCA supports Strata Community Managers and Strata Suppliers to develop and expand their professional competence to meet industry standard obligations, thereby maintaining and improving an effective and competent service to their clients.

Educational activities you attend provide you CPD Points relevant to time. This information is collated in our iMIS database under your own individual member record.

Members can apply to have CPD points applied for up to 50% of non-SCA training.

For Strata Supplier Members who are running educational seminars, please complete the form below and provide to education@strata.community with relevant documentation. The training is 3 hours per 1 CPD point. This should be supplied and approved prior to the training being held and a full list of participants needs to be provided for CPD points to be applied into our member iMIS database records.
