Strata Community Association is committed to providing our members across South Australia and Northern Territory the education they need to continue the growth and improvement of their staff and businesses. 

We have a developed a dedicated online education platform that has webinars and resources on a myriad of topics that will ensure that our members do not miss out on critical CPD training during this period. Many of these webinars have been adapted from face-to-face training we were planning, so we hope this digital option allows for us to reach more members than ever.

SCA Australia & New Zealand Conference

3-5 July 2024


Join us at the largest and most influential strata event in the Southern Hemisphere where we bring together colleagues across all our regions to collaborate, network and share knowledge. Hear from industry experts, discover new products and services, connect with suppliers and gain insights on the latest industry trends.

The SCA Australia and New Zealand Conference is heading to Sydney in 2024 and held at the International Convention Centre over 4-5 July 2024 with a welcome cocktail party in the evening on 3 July and the Australasia Awards in the evening on 5 July.

This webinar is to understand the new industry best practice being introduced over the course of 2024 to improve strata insurance disclosure and transparency.

SCA, through this guide, is pursuing a scenario where no matter what service model an SCA member chooses to engage in with their strata committee, they are able to transparently and easily describe its features and costs in a manner that is consistent across the whole strata industry.
