With the current situation COVID-19 (Coronavirus) the Strata Community Association is committed to providing our members across Australia and New Zealand the education they need to continue the growth and improvement of their staff and businesses.
We have a developed a dedicated online education platform that has webinars and resources on a myriad of topics that will ensure that our members do not miss out on critical CPD training during this period. Many of these webinars have been adapted from face-to-face training we were planning, so we hope this digital option allows for us to reach more members than ever.

Savant Energy SCA (SA/NT) Symposium 2021
This Symposium was originally held on 19 March 2021 at the Adelaide Oval. This annual event is a valuable opportunity for professional development. We engaged speakers to educate on the latest in the industry, provide strategies for handling court hearings, good governance, and diversity and inclusion management in the workplace.

In 2020, SCA have again partnered with City Futures to produce an updated Australasian Strata Insights Report, extended to include data for New Zealand. Assoc. Prof. Hazel Easthope who leads the research on the report will present on data that demonstrates the continued growth of the strata sector.

The 2022 SCA National Senior Leadership Forum will take place over 12-13 April at the Pullman Brisbane King George Square, with welcome drinks on 11 April to kick things off.
Individuals and communities have an important role in ensuring, that should a disaster occur, you can be prepared to manage the impact. Preparing for natural disasters is not the sole domain of governments and agencies. Managers can choose to play a role to support and build a resilient strata community.
We will hear from disaster preparedness experts, identify all the key stakeholders, look at preventative measures, and you will work in teams to look at simulated scenarios to build your groups resilient strata community.
