Since his commencement in 2017, Rod has been a key member in driving the
strategic direction of the Group, focusing on growth via acquisitions and business
transformation to enhance the delivery of services to our customer base.

Rod is a member of the board, audit & risk and executive committees with direct
involvement in setting the ‘strategic tone’ and direction for the business to achieve
its long-term objectives. Rod is a member of the Australian Institute of Public
Accountants and the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Prior to joining PICA Group, Rod previously was engaged within the Financial Services
Industry holding senior financial positions as well as consulting on financial &
corporate governance, procurement, business transformation activities to large
corporate entities and government.

Rod has held directorships across corporate and NFP Entities.
