Lisa MacCallum is an internationally recognised leader in brand strategy, reputation and trust, and purpose-driven business. As President and Founder of Inspired Companies, she helps businesses navigate today’s fast-moving, high-expectation stakeholder economy with distinction and results—a roadmap outlined in her book Inspired INC.: Become a Company the World Will Get Behind.
A former Vice President at Nike, Lisa spent nearly two decades in global leadership roles spanning Apparel, Corporate Strategy, Sales, Retail, and Community Impact. She authored the widely celebrated report Designed to Move: A Global Physical Activity Framework for Action, adopted by businesses and policymakers in the USA, UK, Brazil, China, Australia, and Russia.
Lisa serves as a non-executive director for public companies in Australia, Japan, and India and is a Young Global Leader Alumni of the World Economic Forum. Lisa enjoys sharing insights on distinctive brands, high-performance cultures, and the stakeholder economy.

Elly Johnson brings a unique perspective to understanding the relationship between trust and truth. Her journey began in law enforcement, where she developed insights into human behaviour, truth-seeking, and the complex dynamics that shape our relationships. This foundation led her to develop frameworks that help people view trust and truth through a new lens.
With experience spanning law enforcement, sales management, leadership roles, and global speaking engagements across 7 countries, Elly offers a rare blend of practical wisdom and evidence-based approaches. She has worked with diverse organisations helping professionals enhance their communication skills, read human behaviour, and grow emotional intelligence.
Elly's mission is guided by a powerful belief: "Trust is the invisible architecture of our lives, and truth is its foundation." Elly has consistently seen how trust serves as the critical element in developing psychologically safe work environments and deeper professional connections. Her warm, approachable style ensures that participants feel supported while exploring challenging aspects of trust and truth in their relationships.

Matt Press has more than 12 years of working in the building and property sectors. Matt is passionate about championing our industry and has been a key leader in its transformation, working with NSW’s first Building Commissioner David Chandler to deliver the Construct NSW reforms.
Through Matt’s leadership the Commission established new audit programs, produced research into building defects, delivered major reforms to fire safety and waterproofing and created a new industry-focussed education platform. Matt’s contributions to industry have been recognised through awards from the Fire Protection Association and Strata Community Association.
He has a grassroots perspective on housing having previously operated a charity that managed affordable homes across south western Sydney. Prior to working in building Matt had a varied career locally and internationally, including working across Europe and the Middle East as a strategy consultant.

Hazel Easthope is the Deputy Director of the City Futures Research Centre at the University of New South Wales. She has qualifications in sociology and human geography and researches in the areas of urban studies and housing. She has a particular research interest in residential satisfaction and the intersections between mobility, identity and home.
Much of Hazel's research focuses on the development, management, governance and planning implications of private apartment buildings and estates and the lived experiences of their residents. Her interests in this area span property title and ownership structures, estate governance and management, urban renewal and housing redevelopment, building retrofits and upgrades, and resident relationships.
She regularly consults with government, community and peak body stakeholders. This has led to invitations from a range of academic, industry and peak body organisations to present her research findings and provide policy advice.


Bobby is a proven CEO with strong strata industry experience, having previously been the CEO of CHU Underwriting Agencies, and the current CEO of PICA Group. He brings to the strata sector over 20 years of experience in the financial services sector.
Starting his career in Ireland, Bobby gained international work experience in Japan and Australia and held responsibilities for APAC/ Middle East regions. Bobby’s strengths are his ability to deliver transformative results, strategy development and outstanding people leadership.
Some of you may know Bobby for his philanthropic work. Particularly his Rock The Pool 2021 Swimathon, where he swam 250 km in ocean rockpools in NSW to highlight the value of physical exercise and mental health. The swimathon raised over $100,000 for Lifeline.


Leanne Habib is the CEO of Premium Strata and was appointed to the SCA (NSW) Board in 2024. With a distinguished career spanning over 25 years, Leanne is passionate about addressing strata queries and clarify legislation, bridging the gap between owners and the industry, and the future well-being of strata managers. Leanne has redefined premium strata service by developing a client-centred approach through her years in senior roles at top-tier agencies.
Leanne and her team have become specialists in managing complex buildings, with Premium Strata recognised as a leading expert in handling challenging schemes. This expertise is showcased in the successful management of high-profile properties known for their intricacies and frequently mentioned in the media, these properties demand more than routine oversight—they require strong leadership, strategic planning, and advanced problem-solving skills.

Kimberley Jonsson is CEO of CHU Underwriting Agencies, one of Australia’s leading strata insurance specialists. Kimberley joined the insurance industry in South Australia in 2005. She has worked across multiple jurisdictions and held various underwriting sales and management roles.
Kimberley has a wealth of experience and knowledge of the strata insurance industry and the strata community. In 2017 Kimberley was named Young Insurance Professional of the Year at the Australian Insurance Industry Awards. In addition to being a Fellow of ANZIIF, she is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and holds an MBA from AIM Business School.


Carrie McInerney is the CEO of Horner Management and has been in the industry since 2001. Over the past 19 years Carrie has nurtured an enthusiastic client focused team, combining teamwork and systems to provide an excellent level of service to the Strata Industry.
Carrie is the current President of the SCA (SA) board, is a regular A100 Trainer and has completed her Certificate IV in Training and Assessment to support the content development and trainer delivery for the new SCA RTO. Carrie is passionate about educating clients and others about the Strata Industry; along with ensuring her team thrive in their workplace.
