Anita Reinecke is a highly respected leader in the strata and body corporate sector, bringing more than 25 years of industry experience across governance, management, compliance, and advocacy. She is currently the General Manager of Quay Property Management in Tauranga, where she leads the delivery of professional body corporate management services across a diverse portfolio of communities.

 

Anita also serves as President of the Strata Community Association (SCA NZ) and is a member of the Executive Board of the Body Corporate Communities Group (BCCG), reflecting her ongoing commitment to advancing the interests of unit title communities throughout New Zealand.

 

A passionate advocate for the sector, Anita has played an active role in shaping industry standards, promoting professional development, and fostering stronger relationships between owners, committees, managers, and key stakeholders. Since joining SCA in 2016, she has been a strong voice for education, collaboration, and best practice, working to support both industry professionals and the communities they serve.
