PAULA BEATON

SCA (NZ) Chapter Executive Committee Member & Secretary

Paula has a passionate interest in the fields of education and multi-unit developments for most of my professional life. Her tangible contributions to Unit Title Development in New Zealand have involved her presenting at Auckland District Law Seminars. Each year Paula has done training for the Strata Community as requested and is very willing to continue this and expand this role.

Since Crimson Consulting was established Paula has been a parent consultant. This has involved Paula presenting in person seminars in Shanghai, Singapore, Sydney, Melbourne, Auckland, Wellington, and Christchurch. In addition, Paula has done many virtual seminars and she has developed experience dealing with a diverse range of people with competing interests in both the education seminar and the multi-unit seminar. Paula relishes the challenge of achieving positive results in a collaborative, consultative manner.
