MC - Amanda Jarrett

Amanda Jarrett is a proud Territorian, calling Darwin home for 20 years. With over 13 year’s experience in the media industry and as an established MC and presenter, Amanda has hosted several radio and television programs, charity events, gala balls and corporate events in the Top End. Amanda is the NT ambassador for Cancer Council NT and Territory Health Fund, and is an avid advocate for cancer prevention and awareness.

A technology guru, Scott Bales is a global leader in the cutting-edge arena known as "The Digital Shift", encompassing innovation, culture, design, technology and mobility in a world gone digital. A thought leader through and through, Scott thrives on the intersection between cultural and behavioural changes in the face of technological innovations.

 

Currently, Scott is the Chief of Staff at Microsoft Asia Pacific region, the MD of Innovation Labs Asia, and has previously worked as Chief Mobile Officer for Moven, the world’s first-ever digital everyday bank. Described as a 'Digital Warrior', Scott has found a way to successfully mesh his fascination with people and what motivates them together with a raw enthusiasm for technology.

12 years ago, Kelly Jamieson took the plunge out of her corporate marketing career and into something entirely new. Inspired by that warm buzz you feel when you find the perfect gift for someone, she founded Edible Blooms, a chocolate bouquet and edible flower delivery service that delivers anywhere in Australia. In its first full financial year, the company sold $1 million in fresh bouquets.

 

Edible Blooms has blossomed into a thriving business, and now employs 50 staff from multiple locations in Australia and New Zealand. Kelly has been nominated for and won numerous awards, including three Telstra Business Women Awards at the South Australian event in 2011, Young, Business Owner, and State.

Nova Peris OAM is a descendant of the Gija people of East Kimberley, the Yawuru people of West Kimberley & the Gagudju people of West Arnhem Land. Nova competed at two Olympics, four World Championships, three Champions Trophy’s and the Commonwealth Games.

 

Following a successful athletic career, in 2013, Nova became the first Aboriginal woman elected to the Australian Federal Parliament. During Nova’s senate term of three years, she travelled the length of Australia in her tireless endeavours to champion the causes and struggles facing Aboriginal people throughout the country. She has served in roles that include being an International Indigenous Human Rights Ambassador and also a National Ambassador for Reconciliation Australia.

 

 

Kimberley Jonsson

Kimberley Jonsson is CEO of CHU Underwriting Agencies, one of Australia’s leading strata insurance specialists. Kimberley joined the insurance industry in South Australia in 2005. She has worked across multiple jurisdictions and held various underwriting sales and management roles. Kimberley has a wealth of experience and knowledge of the strata insurance industry and the strata community. 


In 2017 Kimberley was named Young Insurance Professional of the Year at the Australian Insurance Industry Awards. In addition to being a Fellow of ANZIIF, she is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and holds an MBA from AIM Business School.

Greg Nash is Chairman of the SCA National Strata Insurance Taskforce (SCANSIT) and a Senior Advisor to the Prudential Investment Company of Australia (PICA Group).


With a tenure of over two decades, Greg has demonstrated his expertise in multiple executive capacities with the PICA Group, including Chairman, Director, Managing Director, and Group Chief Executive Officer. Possessing a wealth of senior leadership experience spanning over 30 years, Greg has played pivotal roles in the financial services, information
technology, and property sectors both in Australia and abroad.
