With over fifteen years’ experience across many facets of the insurance industry including Commercial Broking, Underwriting and Claims Management, Zoe is able to build strong strategic partnerships by understanding and assisting her clients in recognising and minimising their risk exposures. Zoe has been recognised by the Insurance industry with being named the International Young Gun of 2019, Top Ten Elite Broker in 2020 and Gallagher Sales Person of the Year in 2019.

In her role as Principal Broker at Gallagher ACT, she specialises in insurance placement and claims advocacy for strata across ACT and surrounds currently managing the insurances of approximately 300 buildings.

Zoe has strong relationships with various strata managers as well as insurers, with a solid understanding of the exposures within the insurance space. These relationships will allow her to contribute to the Board and provide a different perspective on several factors relevant to the industry, including but not limited to, insurance premiums, overall insurer strategies, general insurance market conditions and trends.
