Amanda Humble

SCA (SA/NT) Committee Member & Secretary

Amanda has an extensive Corporate and Commercial legal career spanning nearly 35 years. Amanda’s career has always had a very strong property law influence, which has included the areas of strata and community title law. Amanda joined the Jones Harley Toole (JHT) team in 2020 and provides legal advice and representation on a wide range of matters concerning Strata and Community Corporations and their Managers.

Advocacy forms an integral part of her training as a Lawyer – and when accompanied with strong interpersonal, collaborative, and communication skills there is the ability to achieve outcomes that one would not have considered possible. Advocacy is challenging and rewarding.

Education is paramount to the ability to achieve outcomes. Amanda is passionate and enjoys imparting knowledge and setting up pathways for others to gain knowledge.

As a Lawyer, like many professionals, Amanda works with very high professional standards and the expectations of the community she serves. Professional Standards set the bar not only for those working within an Industry – but also for those seeking to be a part of that Industry. The development of Professional Standards creates the building blocks for the growth of those serving the industry.

Amanda considers that her skill set and experience in the Industry, support from JHT, and commitment to improving the Strata and Community Corporation landscape in both South Australia and on a National scale would make her a suitable and beneficial candidate for the position.
