SCA responded to the Department of Justice’s Community Consultation of Modernising the Residential Tenancy Act. Alterations that impact or effect common property, as defined in Division 3, Sections 9, 10 and 11 of the Strata Titles Act 1998, should not be undertaken by the tenant without the approval of the body corporate.
