Membership TAS
Strata Community Association (TAS) is the peak industry body for strata and community titles management operating from Tasmania.
Members include body corporate management firms, managers, support staff, industry partners, students and other key stakeholders in this rapid growth service sector.
Managers
SCA Corporate Strata Manager
Membership is on a Corporate basis and covers all employees of the member.
Fee structure:
From zero lots to 1,200 lots - Minimum fee $792 GST inc
From 1,201 lots to 6,500 – number of lots * 0.66 GST inc
For lots up to 6,500 - number of lots * 0.66 GST inc for the first 6,500 and those above are * 0.55 GST inc
Supplier Services
SCA Corporate Strata Services
Small Membership - $995 GST inc per Chapter, per annum. The annual membership fee includes the business and three staff from the business.
Large Membership - $1,195 GST inc per Chapter, per annum. The annual membership fee includes the business and unlimited staff from the business.
