Pernille is the Director of Dixon Kestles and heads the owners corporation department managing a successful team with over 150 owners corporations, and is responsible for growth of the strata business. Pernille is also a General Manager supporting her fellow department managers with all operation and human resource activities in the business.

Pernille's areas of expertise are developing and executing business strategies to support business growth, contract negotiation, assessing service provisions, coaching team members for success, setting and reviewing budgets and financial planning for the future success of the business.
