Stage Your Own Show! Achieving Audacious Goals in the Face of Adversity

KEYNOTE - Shelley Dunstone

Transformation is not easy to achieve. It requires determination, perseverance, and deliberate challenge to the status quo. You must commit to your audacious goal, and not give up in the face of obstacles or set-backs. Commitment makes you attuned to opportunities that will help you succeed. You also need the support and commitment of your people. You need them to be proactive and to exercise initiative. A leader needs to create a clear vision and communicate it to the team, vividly and often, to get them aligned with the firm’s goals. To make a difference, they need to want to do so. They also need to believe they can make things happen. By telling a quirky, fun and uplifting story, Shelley will reveal what is required to achieve audacious goals.

How to Elevate Your Performance & Bring Clarity

Sponsored by BIV Reports

KEYNOTE - Ruth Hutchins

Achieving optimal performance, fulfillment, and well-being starts with clarity about what is important to you, especially in aligning your career with your personal values. Understanding where you stand on the "values ladder" is crucial; it helps you discern whether you are living "above or below the line" by indicating how closely your life and career reflect your core values. Identifying whether you operate above or below this line can manifest in various ways in your professional life, providing clues about misalignments that may exist. Correcting these discrepancies isn't just about achieving work/life balance but rather about prioritising and integrating your values into your career effectively.
