Sally Bevis is the managing director of Terrace Strata Management Pty Ltd, which has been operating since 2012. Sally specialises in new developments and works closely with developers to set up their bodies corporate ready for the sale of their units, ensuring a smooth transition at settlement of sale contracts.

Sally has a background in insurance. She was an insurance broker for 25 years, working primarily in claims. Prior to focussing solely on strata management, she was a claims dispute consultant and mediated between clients and their insurers to get denied claims accepted.

Sally is very passionate about raising awareness about strata living, the legal obligations of developers, lot owners and bodies corporate, and the benefits of having bodies corporate professionally managed by a neutral and experienced strata manager.
