Having been with Aria since its inception in 2003, Michael previously managed Aria’s international development activities and headed Aria’s Colorado branch. As a committee member of the Urban Development Institute of Australia and Housing Institute of Australia, he has a vested interest in creating change in the industry for a more sustainable future. His current focus is on working with world-leading architects to create buildings that innovate, enrich and exceed the expectations of not only clients and residents, but also the wider community.

Andrew McMeekin
General Manager Sales & Delivery

Andrew has over 35 years’ experience in leadership roles from General Manager to COO and CEO, including Board, Non-Executive and advisory opportunities across Strategy, Sales, Operations & Technology and Marketing. Andrew has a unique ability to combine solution design & delivery, relationship management and process management to achieve outstanding results for customers. Andrew’s role is focussed on the design and delivery of large-scale private utility solutions, managing the process end to end. His last 10 years have been in Local Utility Networks where he has been able to bring to bear the skills and experience developed across a range of industries.

Michael Darby
Managing Director

Michael is the head of the Quantum Group of companies which incorporates Quantum United Management, an owners corporation management and consulting business specialising in large scale residential communities throughout Victoria. Quantum CM Solutions a facilities management company and Q-Fit, a health and wellness services company. They have recently moved into the tech space designing and building various custom platforms to serve their communities. He has been committed and passionate about the teams he’s built and their culture; with the DNA reflected within the Team Quantum Values of: Connection, Communication, Education and Leadership, Focus & Commitment and Being Awesome. He is also an Internationally accredited CMCA and a recent addition to the Board of the CAMICB.
